More Comments at Google MapI love Sano Ramen and Is Koyama the same as Sano Ramen? I learned that there is a restaurant that uses Aochiku's hand-made noodles, so I went there on Saturday afternoon! I arrived around 13:20 and wrote my name, but there were about 7 groups waiting and I waited outside. I was called in about 30 minutes, and after I entered the store and placed my order, my ramen came out right away. This restaurant is famous for its ginger ramen. Order ginger chashu ramen🍜✨ The chashu is thick and contains 5 pieces. It was creamy and delicious☺️💞 I sat in a tatami room, but there was a pitcher on the table, so I was able to pour water whenever I wanted, which was helpful☺️ (I don't feel comfortable calling the store staff over and over again, so it's helpful to do it myself.) Ginger is an accent I was able to finish one cup! ! (∩^ω^∩) The parking lot is large and can accommodate quite a number of cars. I think there will be enough customers to fill up the place during peak hours, so I think it depends on the timing. Sano ramen's clear soup and It was the best ramen for me, who loves hand-made noodles and thickly stewed pork belly😆
There is always a line on holidays. Since it was closed on weekdays, I visited to enjoy ginger ramen. A light soup with a strong flavor. When you eat it with ginger swimming, the ginger works well, and it is very delicious with the hand-made noodles. I drank up the soup. Each dumpling is large, so it is served in 3 pieces, but it is just the right amount. It was seasoned, so it was delicious with just vinegar.
I visited around 11:30 on a Sunday, and there was a huge line (26th at the time of registration). After waiting for about an hour, I finally entered the store😭 I had the ginger char siu and gyoza. The shredded ginger was mixed with finely sliced char siu, and it was delicious whether eaten alone or mixed together. The noodles are chewy and smooth😋 The chashu pork was very soft and delicious, and although each gyoza was large, it was easy to eat as there were a lot of vegetables. I would like to visit you again when I come to Ohira Town. Thank you for the meal.
