Tochigi, Japan｜Mukaiya

It was a very nice shop. It's a restaurant I've been curious about for a while, and I'm glad I was finally able to eat there. There were two people: the store owner and a female operator. This is a system where you purchase food from a ticket machine. Choose a large ramen and call it garlic and oil. The soup is non-emulsified with a strong flavor. Yasai is bean sprouts only. Abra is flavorful and delicious. The noodles were thick and hard. By default, the pork was rolled in two pieces. Overall, I think it's a very delicious ramen. It was a store I would definitely like to visit again.

Last time it was closed, I heard that it had reopened, so I went to eat there. I'm a Niwaka Jiro fan, so I can't complain about how delicious it was🤤 I looked at X (old Twitter) and it says it will be closing on January 31, 2020 (the end of this month)...😭 There's still time, so I'd like to come and eat as much as possible. Since it's my first time, I don't want to leave anything behind, so I order a small amount of all the toppings, similar to ramen 👍

Hot soup with soy sauce flavor. The char siew was also served hot. Koyu Jiro type isn't bad either. Next time I want to try ramen like ``Staman Soba'' Respect.
