This is my favorite ramen. I went there the other day and was shocked to find out that it was closed for a long time. thank you for your reply. We will reopen for business at noon. I will stop by again when I am in the area for work etc. I visited on October 12th for lunch. Even though I arrived at 11:20, it was quite crowded. I ordered ramen and gyoza, but the chashu was different from before and the taste was a little different. (Sorry, I forgot to take a picture) But it was delicious to my taste. I went back and took some pictures. Large size ramen + boiled egg.

The soup is very delicious. Is that mellowness the chicken? Wonton topping in chashu soy sauce. I'll try salt next time I go.
