Oyama, Tochigi, Japan｜らーめん久兵衛

I go there 3-4 times a month. I really like the small shio tanmen and 5 gyoza dumplings. Tochigi Prefecture is particularly picky about gyoza, but the gyoza here is crispy on the outside and has plenty of gravy and vegetables. ️ Unfortunately, I want the gyoza to be a little more durable and the small plate size (it is quite small compared to gyoza, but it has depth).

I don't really like curly noodles, but Kyubei's curly noodles are very delicious☆ The char siu was also soft and fluffy ♪ The dumplings are very large and filling! Because there are a lot of vegetables, it is not heavy and you can easily eat it!! The staff's feeling is good, and if you love it, it's a ramen shop (*^^*)

Delicious chilled Chinese food! The sweet sauce will whet your appetite. I was surprised that a simple soy sauce-based ramen could have so much depth. Even though the menu is small, you can feel the commitment to taste, and it's Good! I was surprised at the size of the gyoza! They are about twice the size of regular gyoza, and cost 300 yen for 3 pieces. The taste is outstanding! With this volume and this low price, the cost performance is amazing.
