The char siu is a soft char siu that can be easily split with chopsticks. The dumplings are seasoned with sesame oil and have a good taste. One size was too big. Arrived 10 minutes after opening and waited 15 minutes to get through. I thought there would be a lot of people because it's summer vacation, but I forgot that today was Sunday. Ordered ginger pork noodles. Ginger balls are bigger than last time. There are many menma. There are 6 pieces of peach char siu and it is lightly flavored. With this, 1,000 yen is reasonable. All of Kosaburo's apprentice shops have reasonably priced char siu.

Revisited on September 13th This time, I had chashu noodles and gyoza. It was so delicious. Sano ramen shop The ginger ramen was very delicious. Contains finely chopped ginger. I have put pickled ginger in my tonkotsu ramen. I've never had ginger in Sano ramen. The char siu was also good.
