Ramen and gyoza were served shortly after. The ramen soup is typical of Sano ramen, with a gradual umami flavor rather than a sudden rush. The noodles are curly and have a bit of firmness for Sano Ramen. “Ume~” The char siu is also soft and fluffy. You can also taste the taste of the meat and the soup made with char siu. There are some ramen shops where the char siu sometimes doesn't have much flavor but is soft, but at this restaurant, the char siu was delicious.
