I ate Tanrei special soy sauce soba and stamina bowl. There is no large serving, just a substitute. It was a high-quality dish with the deep richness of the chicken and the slight sweetness. The combination with the thin noodles and the crunchy texture are the best. The Stamina rice bowl was also delicious and I left the restaurant satisfied.

A Chinese soba restaurant specializing in cloud noodles. Arrived at 6pm in the evening. There were several customers ahead of me, but I was able to get in without waiting. There are also chairs outside for waiting. Since it's a ticket system, I couldn't look at the photos and choose, but I did research the menu beforehand. There seems to be soy sauce and salt. There were two large cloud bowls. The noodles are firm and have no curls. They also have extra noodles, so you can enjoy the noodles that you can't find anywhere else. I also ate salt the other day. Salt was more refreshing.
