I came to the store because I was curious about Miso Jiro! I added 3 slices of char siu with garlic and also got free backfat! It was even more delicious when I dipped the noodles in the sweet back fat, and the half-fried rice was also delicious with a strong seasoning! It was a feast! I came here to eat after a long time! Prices are higher than last time! ? I did it, but it's the same everywhere these days! This time, I ordered a large serving of rice for the fried chicken set meal for free! It came with 7 large pieces of fried chicken and 3 gyoza, so I ate so much that I couldn't move 🤣 It was delicious and filling, so I'll be visiting again! It was a feast!

It’s been a long time since I’ve had miso ramen at the Mokkei restaurant below Koga Station. I like the medium-thick curly noodles here. I also like the taste of miso.

All of Mokkei's ramen are rich in flavor, but this time I had the basic menu, Mokkei Miso. This dish uses noodles from Nishiyama Seimen in Sapporo, which is famous for its delicious noodles. I also like Nishiyama Seimen's noodles, and I feel that they go particularly well with rich soups. There are several restaurants in Tokyo that use Nishiyama Seimen noodles, but this one has many different types of soups, so you can enjoy Nishiyama Seimen noodles. This time's Mokkei miso has a deep flavor of the animal-based soup stock rather than the strength of the miso.It is a well-prepared soup, and you can enjoy the difference in texture when you eat it with plenty of bean sprouts mixed with the noodles. We've been talking a lot about noodles, but I'm very grateful to be able to easily eat a bowl of well-made noodles near the station. Another good point is that the seats are separated by non-smoking and smoking areas.
