I got the "Special Tsukemen Tokumori". I entered the store after 12:00 on Saturday, but it didn't take long from ordering to serving. As with the shops here, there are many shops in Tochigi that have high quality noodles. The noodles have a chewy texture that goes down easily and has a nice aroma. The taste of the dipping sauce at this shop varies from person to person, but the flavor and aroma of the dried fish stock has a strong impact. At first, I thought it was a little salty, but if you don't soak the noodles completely, you can enjoy the flavor and aroma of both the noodles and the dipping sauce in perfect harmony. The gyoza was chewy and crispy and delicious😃 I don't usually eat dried sardines ramen, but it was recommended, so when I tried it, it was so delicious that I wanted to drink all the soup.
