This is a shop that makes noodles by hand using traditional green bamboo. I recommend the gyoza. It's big and has plenty of ingredients. Ramen with char siu noodles is a great value. The bowl comes out filled with chashu. The noodles were chewy and the soup wasn't too strong, making it the perfect bowl for me. To order here, you first buy a meal ticket from the latest ticket vending machine, and then hand it over to Nogata when you are seated. You can use PayPay and LINE Pay.

While sightseeing with a friend, I visited this Sano ramen restaurant after researching it in advance as it seemed to be the easiest place to eat. The Sano ramen was light and very easy to eat, and the popular large gyoza was bigger than I expected. The exterior and interior of the store is in an old, old-fashioned condition, but even though it is old, it is well-maintained, such as the ticket vending machine and food ticket system, and even tourists did not get a bad impression. I think it can't be helped for a store in a tourist area, but the time from ordering to delivery was quite long.

This is a ramen shop that I visit almost every time I come to Tochigi. The light soup is really delicious. This time I had the green onion ramen, but I personally recommend the regular ramen, so please give it a try.
