More Comments at Google MapI visited around 13:00 during Obon. China soba (soy sauce, thin noodles), fried rice (average), dried sardines, were all delicious, but the medium-thin homemade noodles were especially good. You can choose between thin noodles and hand-rolled noodles. I want to try mabo noodles and chilled dandan.
A ramen shop with very high noodle-making technology and a wide variety of single dishes Navigation is recommended as the route from Tochigi Kaido is difficult to understand. [Char siu noodles] Medium-thin noodles with a strong chewy texture char siu is big and thick Ajitama is lightly flavored Refreshing soy sauce soup with almost no sweetness or umami seasoning A little salty, but very tasty [3 dumplings] 3 pieces, normal size It's delicious and grilled beautifully [Large serving of Dandan noodles] Authentic dandan noodles topped with fragrant minced meat and plenty of vegetables The scent of sesame was also good and the taste exceeded that of specialty stores. It was a great atmosphere with friendly customer service.
It's hard to find the place😣 I ordered the Ajitama Ramen. The first thing that surprised me was the chashu. Big and thick! It has a strong flavor but is very filling! This might be the best chashu I've eaten recently. The yolks and whites of the flavored eggs are soft and delicious! The soup is a bit strong, but the spinach and sweet menma neutralize it, making it a great dish! I didn't eat the gyoza, but the person next to me looked delicious 😋 2023/3/16 revisited. I ordered char siu noodles and 3 gyoza. I guess there are a lot of people who order chashu noodles after all 😏 grin It comes with flavored eggs, 4 pieces of that huge char siu, and is a bargain for 1,000 yen. I thought it would be okay to pay 1,200 to 1,300 yen. Although the gyoza were small, they were delicious and filled with chives. I found out that they have tanmen and gomoku noodles that are not on the menu, so I would like to try tanmen next time. What’s more, the cold one is barley tea ○🙆 Visited again on 5/26/2023. I ordered tanmen and fried rice (small) while being pulled back by the chashu men. It's not a normal serving, it's a medium serving, close to a large serving😄 Chinese cabbage is used even though it is expensive. Wood ears, bean sprouts, carrots, chives. King utensils. The noodles were thin. I change the noodles depending on the ramen. Unlike Chinese soba, it is easy to eat down the throat. It might be the most delicious tanmen restaurant in the area. The fried rice is just a small plate, but it's a normal serving 😄 Delicious moist fried rice with char siu and egg. It comes with soup and cold tofu! They also served iced coffee as a service. Thank you~ I’m full!
