Came here based on a recommendation from a friend! It was a little after 7pm, but it was quite crowded. It seems like the store has a good turnover. I felt that the timing of customers leaving and customers coming in was working well. This is because when a car enters the parking lot, the waitresses immediately understand and give instructions. I watched it while waiting to order, and the customer service was great. The chashu noodles and gyoza arrived, but the mapo tofu I was interested in was sold out (unfortunately). First, I took a sip of the soup. It was just the right thickness with the aroma of soy sauce and richness. It's so thick that it mixes well with the noodles. The noodles have a wonderful firmness. Other Sano Ramen restaurants also have fluffy noodles, so it's the complete opposite and has a pleasant texture. The char siu is thick and melts in your mouth. What surprised me was how delicious the green onions were! The dumplings are made with chives and garlic. It was delicious without any sauce😋 I've eaten many Sano ramen, but Menya Takashi's is definitely the best. It's a good balance. On the way home, I greeted everyone at the store, including the store manager, and everyone cheered me up! ! It was the best ramen restaurant, delicious and heartwarming, with everyone saying thank you until the end when we got in the car (next time I'll definitely try the mapo tofu)
