Sano, Tochigi, Japan｜麺屋 大円

It was my first time visiting. I was looking forward to being able to enjoy the taste of Tenri Ramen. The owner of the store greeted us and left a very good impression. Is it a different dialect than Sano? Are you from Nara? I loved your unique intonation! I received Sano Star Ramen. It's a "hybrid" of Tenri Ramen and Sano Ramen! The noodles were Sano ramen noodles, the chashu pork was melty and soft, and the Tenri ramen stir-fried meat and vegetables were on top. The stir-fried meat and vegetables in Tenri Ramen were spicy and very delicious. The gyoza were piping hot too (Thank you, owner, for the gyoza!) I also had the fried salted chicken, which was crispy and not greasy, making it refreshing to eat. The owner's personality, ramen, gyoza, and fried chicken were all good. There is a repeat. This was my first time trying Tenri Ramen, but if you haven't tried it before, I would like you to try Sano Star Ramen, a "hybrid" with Sano Ramen. Thank you for the meal.

Visited for the first time on January 2nd. Since I can taste Sano ramen and Nara ramen, I ordered char siu noodles and stamina ramen RED (extremely spicy). The chashu noodles were delicious Sano ramen. The stamina ramen is delicious because the soup, which has a spicy and umami flavor, is well entwined with the thin noodles. You can also add a raw egg in the middle to change the taste and make it even more delicious. Also, the point is that both are hot ramen. Also, the kindness of the staff is wonderful. I have eaten variously, but the clerk's feeling is the best for me. Next time I want to eat a different stamina ramen.

It opened a minute's walk from my workplace, so when I went to eat, it was delicious. If I could do it so close, I would go almost every day when I'm in Sano. to get fat. Nara's Tenri ramen and stamina ramen, which you can't eat anywhere else in Sano, are delicious. If you are worried, I recommend GREEN. Plenty of Chinese chives, and for those who are health conscious, add an egg.
