Delicious homemade noodles!

I think the menu only has soy sauce ramen without miso or salt. Therefore, the taste is strong enough to compete with just one bottle of soy sauce, and I think this is the flavor that can be called Sano Ramen. Ramen can be said to be handmade ramen from ancient times. The curly noodles and the soup are exquisite. The soup is full of flavor from the chicken, pork, fish, and vegetables, and has a pleasant taste that makes you want to drink it to the last drop. The char siu is also seasoned and boiled, with no odor and just the right firmness. It's also fairly thick, so you'll feel satisfied when you eat it. There are 3 gyoza. Although the size is good, the amount of bean paste is smaller than other restaurants, so if you order ramen and gyoza like you would get 3 pieces of gyoza at other restaurants, it might be a little unsatisfying for a man...Large size and gyoza, or chashu noodles I think you will be satisfied with the gyoza. Cycling from Saitama City to Ashikaga Flower Park. Since I came all the way here, I decided to try some Sano Ramen. The store has a lot of railroad goods. The menu only includes ramen, chashu noodles, and gyoza. On the way here, I also ate ramen at a restaurant in Oura Town, Gunma Prefecture, just before Sano City, and this was my second bowl of ramen today. Refreshing soup, fluffy noodles, and guinea pigs. It was delicious. There was coffee service after the meal. This restaurant doesn't serve hiyashi chuka even in the summer, so there seem to be fewer customers after Golden Week. I wish flavored eggs were on the menu as well.
