More Comments at Google MapI ordered a fried rice set of 1000 yen. The amount of Sano ramen noodles in the bowl of half ramen is amazing. You can increase the amount of noodles for +100 yen, but it was dangerous. The soup was a little dark, but it was good enough for my tired body. Fried rice is moist and there are few types of ingredients. ★★★★☆
Although it had a rather unique appearance, the ramen was delicious and the customer service from the ladies was good. Coffee is also available after meals. Thank you for the meal!
First visit at 3pm, just before business hours on weekdays! I entered the kitchen feeling resigned, thinking, ``Is this the end?'', and a cheerful mother came out from the back of the kitchen and welcomed me, ``It's okay, go ahead!'' (^^ )thanks Mom! I was hungry so I ordered Suribachi Char Siu (¥1200 including tax). I thought it might be because of the name, but when I saw the rice bowl! Oooh! I'm so excited! The noodles are flat and translucent and supple, the soup has a rich yet light taste, and the sudachi does a great job! The ingredients are thickly sliced pork, deep-fried chicken, and rice cake, and you can't go wrong with this combination of flavor and ingredients. After the delicious meal, there was also a complimentary iced coffee service outside. When I asked my mom at the time of paying the bill, she said yes! This is the same Suribachi Ramen restaurant that was located near the old Jusco fire station in downtown Sano and suddenly disappeared many years ago! Apparently, the food stall-style shop that used to be near the fire station was closed because the owner of the shop had passed away. I remember feeling very sad when I saw the vacant land in that place... I felt nostalgic as I remembered the days when I used to go there. I was happy to be able to reopen with that flavor at a restaurant with a friendly and pleasant mother. Thank you for the meal.
