Sano, Tochigi, Japan｜かあちゃんラーメン

Ramen restaurants that use buses have been decreasing in number in recent years. I had always wanted to go there someday, and when I learned that it was in Sano, I decided to visit it. The car body looks like it's built into a building, and the kitchen is on the outside of the car on the right side, with the right side window serving as a counter, so the interior is spacious. The original shape of the building, such as the flooring, heating ducts, and interior lights on the ceiling, has been preserved and has a very nice atmosphere. It's old, but I think it's well kept. This time I received "Garlic Ramen" and Gyoza (5 pieces). The noodles and soup were typical of Sano ramen with grated garlic on top, the gyoza was large with thick skin and grilled to a crisp, and the bean paste had less garlic, but both were delicious. I would like to visit again.

I'm not very good at ramen, but it was really delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed the soup. The ramen and side dishes made by the gentle chef are delicious!

The Akiyama River flows in the back, and Karasawa Mountain, deer and wild boars come out in front of you. It feels like a science fiction attraction that can only be done here... I didn't expect the taste, but the ramen for ¥ 500 (550 including tax) is thick and flat, and the taste and texture are like wonton noodles. Mono, I want to go again with a petit camp feeling
