More Comments at Google MapIt was my first time visiting this ramen shop, and I found it on Google, but the taste was better than I expected! I had chicken paitan with salt, chicken paitan with soy sauce, Maruju Ramen with soy sauce, and gyoza! It was as rich as pork bones, but since it was chicken-based, it didn't have any smell and was extremely delicious! Basically, I don't eat much plain food, If you give me someone who is eating with me, It's surprisingly flavorful and rich, and it's light and delicious! Gyoza is also meaty and delicious! We entered the restaurant without any previous reviews, and the ramen was quite to our liking!
They also have local ramen, so you can enjoy ramen from various angles. This time, I ordered Marutoku Tsukemen, our most popular dish, and three additional gyoza. First of all, the tsukemen noodles are smooth and have a good texture and go down smoothly. The dipping sauce is rich with seafood stock, but it also has a slightly sweet taste that makes it more appealing. The menma and chashu ingredients were carefully selected, and the tsukemen was very delicious and memorable. On the other hand, the gyoza is moist and filled with fillings! This seems like a delicious gyoza. The tsukemen will be more delicious than you imagined and will remain in your memory. I hope to come back next time with Toyama Black or Ebishio Ramen.
I visited on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at 1:15 p.m. Full table. 11 people in 7 groups waiting. He took my order while I was waiting. 15 Wait for guidance. Waited another 15 minutes for the rice bowl. Total stay time: 45 minutes. I think it's a very fast-moving shop. The guy in charge of the hall is amazing💦💦 I ordered "Shrimp salt white noodles 950 yen", "Handmade Tsubame Sanjo 880 yen", and "5 gyoza 450 yen". The shrimp salt white soup noodles had a perfect shrimp-flavored soup that wasn't too strong. The handmade Tsubame Sanjo was a soup with chewy irregular handmade noodles, a light dried sardine soup, and back fat for added richness. Both were really delicious. I've wanted to go there several times. Look forward to the limited menu! ! ?
