Good ramen made with fish and chicken. I personally loved the assari ramen. Place is beautiful and they have good jazz music.

From Sunday to Thursday, the menu will be chicken, and on Fridays and Saturdays, it will be seafood. Even before entering the shop, you can smell the fish stock. I ate ramen (soy sauce) 880 yen and Kaedama 120 yen. The clear soy sauce soup has a nice aroma of fish and a wonderful richness and sweetness. I'm going to do it. The chicken stock ramen goes well with the light soup because the noodles are like Chinese noodles with thin noodles. Kae-dama has soy sauce soup on the bottom, and it is devised so that the soup does not become thin. You can feel the attention to detail. It is a good shop. I ate a large serving of fish rich ramen (960 + 100 yen). It looks like it's full of fishmeal, but when you eat it, it's surprisingly refreshing. It has a rich but not persistent taste. The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles that are chewy and delicious. I think that it is a shop that is good at lightness, but I thought that there was also a richness.
