Kanuma, Tochigi, Japan｜Sanji

I received handmade Chinese food. Many restaurants that claim that they do not use chemical seasonings often give the impression that they are lacking in umami, but this one had a lot of umami and was delicious. It was unusual for me to almost finish drinking it. The noodles were also chewy and delicious with hand-kneaded noodles. It was a cup that made me want to try it with thin noodles. I didn't have high expectations without knowing the previous information, but if the standard menu tastes like this, I guess I can expect other menus as well. It was a shop that made me think.

The shop is always crowded, so I was worried about it. I entered the store a little before 14:00, shifting the lunch time a little. Still, there were two groups of people waiting 💦 I ordered Sanji Chinese soba and Tsuke soba. Both are rich and go well with thick noodles and are very delicious😍 Sanji Chinese soba was rich but had a refreshing aftertaste, and was surprisingly easy to eat. After drinking the soup, the taste of the tsukesoba was so lingering that I ended up drinking it all 😅 Depending on the day of the week, there are limited flavors, so I would like to try other things!

If you say Sanji! "Curry Tsukemen" It's so delicious!! ️ For lunch on weekdays, a half mapo rice bowl is 150 yen. This surprised me!! ️ It's a recommended ramen shop, so please go there 😃
