It opened at 11:30, so I arrived 20 minutes early and was the 10th place. Dandan noodles with a sour and sesame flavor that can only be found here. Once you're addicted to it, you'll likely come back for more, but shoyu ramen is actually quite high quality. The dumplings are jumbo size.

When I looked for a restaurant nearby to stop by the New Ginger Museum, I found a ramen shop with good reviews nearby. Arrived at 1115 before the store opened. There were already people in line and the shop was taking orders. I was able to slip into the first group just in time and ordered chashu noodles and gyoza. It was simple and delicious! However, the soup doesn't coat the noodles at first, and I feel like it doesn't have much flavor unless you eat it with the soup. However, once the flavor develops over time, it becomes really delicious! Are the gyoza crispy chives too? cabbage? It has a strong impact and is delicious! I wasn't expecting that much, but it was delicious! The parking lot is ok even for large cars!

I was finally able to go with my friend to this famous restaurant that he has been going to since he was a child. At lunch time on Sunday, there were about 10 people in line and 4 people in line. I was able to be seated after waiting for about 15 minutes. They took our order while we were waiting, and within a few minutes of being seated, a plate of ramen and gyoza for four people arrived. From the moment I entered the store, the process was smooth and I didn't feel like there was any waiting time. Noodles with a light soup and chewy wheat aroma. It was the ultimate in simplicity and the ultimate in deliciousness. This is 650 yen! I'm impressed. The gyoza was big and chewy, full of vegetables, and very satisfying! Due to the distance, I can't visit often, but I definitely want to visit again! ! !
