2023-9-6(Wed) First visit around 7pm on weekdays. One group of customers struggled with the menu and ended up with ``Tandan noodles'' and ``Shrimp Tori Soba.'' Is it just my imagination that the dandan noodles smell like chicken, as does the shrimp, or is this menu page all about chicken hot water? There was sansho pepper on the table, so I sprinkled it on a lot. I get the impression that the restaurant is promoting the ``Tsukemen'' type of noodles. It's so good! It doesn't feel like that, but it has a casual feel that makes you feel like you can drop by quickly. What caught my attention was that the menu was similar to a restaurant called Hatsugai in Sano City. I wonder if it's an homage. The store is the remains of a former Japanese soba restaurant, and is spacious with a tatami room, tables, and a counter, so it seems like it can handle a lot of customers, but it's a weekday and there aren't many employees. As other people have commented, the ramen of various genres is generally delicious. You can use PayPay. The parking lot is made of gravel and has a small number of spaces, so you need to be careful during busy times.

We had a wide variety of dishes, from light Japanese style to hot soup and tsukemen, and since we have a family with different tastes, everyone enjoyed the delicious dishes. All ramen is full of flavor. I thought it would be great to have yuzu as a topping! I will repeat it again
