Cash meal ticket method. I was finally able to go to the Sotojima store. Visited a high school review store in Tochigi Prefecture. I ordered the usual green onion char siu noodle soup. The char siew that was mentioned in the review was made of 3 soft and large pieces that filled up the noodles. The soup is slightly soy sauce-based. There are almost no lumps of back fat, and the green onions are seasoned just right with the flavor of seasoned sesame oil. I made the mistake of asking for the noodles to be hard. The chopped chashu is shaped like a 1.5cm dice. We also use solid wakame seaweed. This is a must-visit Lasho certification.

There are only so many restaurants that I've eaten at so far that I can fill both hands, but this was my favorite. The mild soup had just the right amount of salt, and the plenty of green onions made it not spicy or oxidized, making it very delicious. The restrooms are a bit elevated, so if you're bringing children with you, it's best to relieve yourself nearby before taking them with you. The wakame was meaty and the menma was also thick and crunchy. The grated garlic on the table is of course in a bottle, and the container for the vinegar wasn't very clean so it didn't feel fresh, or maybe it's because it's cheap? However, I used it in a different way and it was very delicious. There were also huge pickled radish and pickled ginger on the table. The salt ramen tasted like the sesame oil had oxidized a bit, and there were far fewer small cuts of chashu mixed with the green onions compared to the soy sauce ramen, so it can't be helped since it's mixed all at once, but it's a bit I was worried about. It's good to share, but I think it would be disappointing if not many people did. Well, I can't make them one by one, and I can't measure them, so I can't help it! lol I also thought that the char siu wasn't very fresh. I can't help but prepare for it! Since it's in the morning, it's probably the oldest thing to be put out that day! I'm glad I didn't use chashu noodles. Thank you for the meal. I really liked the soup, so I'd like to visit again even though it's far away.

I wanted to eat there for the first time in a while so I stopped by. Green onion chashu men with soy sauce for 1,000 yen topped with menma. I think the rich soy sauce ramen has a great overall balance ♪ There were plenty of green onions and the char siu was delicious ♪
