Sano, Tochigi, Japan｜SANO Ramen Kagura

Simple but strong umami if the soup was outstanding! Liked the texture of the noodle. Gyoza had juicy and full of meat inside.

The day before, I stayed at a hotel in Utsunomiya and ate lots of gyoza. After checking out the next day, I wanted to eat Sano Ramen, so I searched for a restaurant that was open early in the morning! Kagura was the hit. We arrived 10 minutes before the store opened at 9am, and there were already several customers waiting. The handmade noodles and salt soup were a perfect match. There was a dumpling on the menu that was round and looked like a xiaolongbao, but when I ate it, the meat juices came out. Be careful not to get burned, but it was delicious. After eating, I went shopping at Sano Premium Outlets and headed home.

This is a Sano ramen shop that is open from 9:00 in the morning. I ate the salty one and it was delicious. There are 5 counter seats and 2 tables for 4 people, and the inside of the store is very beautiful and clean. It is a stylish ramen shop where the customer service is very polite and comfortable. The parking lot is wide, so it may be easy to park and wait when it's crowded. It is a recommended shop.
