Both chicken and pork are probably cooked at a low temperature, and are very soft. The people in the shop are always polite to customers, and they are very comfortable. When I had a replacement ball many times, he took care of the less soup and even gave me an additional soup. I don't usually post reviews, but I can't believe there are people who give 1 star to such a good shop. I will post it in the hope that the evaluation will improve even a little. I had the Gekka soy sauce ramen. The deep soy sauce soup and the thin, chewy noodles taste really good! Personally, I prefer the noodles to have more of a wheat flavor and a firmer texture. Is it possible to make a fixed order? The pork toppings and seasoned eggs are very delicious, but the chicken ham and wontons are so ordinary that I feel like they can be left out. Kamaboko and wheat gluten are cute lol. Due to the location, ramen other than Sano Ramen has a strong reputation, but I hope they do their best. Next time I would like to try the salt and kelp water tsukemen. postscript I also tried tsukemen and salt, but I think the salt is the best 👍
