A very local place famous for Ramen. The ramen is very famous in Sanyo. We went at 9 pm and was busy and with a line. Chashu Ramen.

A ramen restaurant open from evening until late at night. I'm thankful for restaurants other than chain restaurants where I can eat and drink after work. Entered the store around 23:00. The restaurant has counter seats and tatami seats. Water is self-service. Charshu men (1090 yen), large size (150 yen), offal stew (530 yen) First, the giblets arrived. The large, soft, and delicious offal. This is sure to go well with white rice as an accompaniment to sake. The char siu noodles also go well with the salty soup. One piece of chashu is large and soft. It has a strong flavor. It's probably a restaurant that's easy to use as a second stop or a place to end a drinking party. It can be a little noisy depending on the time of day and crowd. I don't think it's suitable for people who want to eat quietly. There are many autographs of famous people displayed on the walls of the store. I would like to see them all if I have time.

This is my favorite Sano ramen shop. The dumplings are delicious, so it's enough just to put pepper on them. The ramen soup is also delicious, so you can add chili oil or vinegar after drinking about half of it. Of course there is also pepper. There is a vending machine for motsu (offal) outside the entrance of the store, so it is good as a souvenir.
