In addition to seasonings, there is also an introduction to how to eat on the seat. This time, I ordered 500 g (1164 yen) of tsukemen hot and half pork bowl (280 yen). The rich soup and noodles are well entwined and delicious. The char siu rice bowl also has a sweet and salty sauce that matches well with the soft char siu. Enjoy the lingering after-meal soup split.

Traditional tsukemen 200g and chashu rice bowl. The noodles are served hot. The toppings were a bit weaker than I expected, and I regret that I should have added something else. The thick noodles matched the rich soup and it was delicious. The char siu rice bowl is also delicious with soft char siu. When I eat chashu rice bowl at a ramen restaurant, I tend to want to pour soup over it, but the tsukemen soup here also went well with it. I always end up having trouble ordering soup, but since it's on the table, you can enjoy it whenever you like. This is a high point! Sano has a lot of light ramen, so I enjoyed some delicious tsukemen.

Tandan noodles use thick, high-water content noodles, but the chicken soba noodles that my wife ate are thin, low-water content noodles that taste like Kyushu's tonkotsu ramen, but bird soba is better.
