Sano, Tochigi, Japan｜Kanouya

I've been wanting to try Sano Ramen for a few months now, so on this day I left home at 7am and drove from Nikko around Lake Kusaki to visit around noon. The Sano Ramen tasted exactly as I imagined it. It's great to say the least. I ordered ramen and 3 gyoza for just 1,000 yen. The noodles were especially delicious. Although it was cut into thin strips with some thick and thin pieces, it had a nice firmness and was perfectly cooked. For a light and flavorful soup, this is Sano Ramen! It makes me want to shout out. I will go again! !

Chewy noodles and clear soup They go well together (^^) Sano Ramen has very thick noodles. It may seem like a lot, but this is different! Eat it before it grows♪ I feel like there are too many noodles (^^) Although the gyoza tastes the sweetness of vegetables, Gravy? Full of firm skin Paris sticky gyoza! Start with just vinegar It's delicious when eaten with it♪ I visited around 11:50 on a weekday. Even though the parking lot is full I was able to enter without waiting. There is a parking lot in front of the store and next to it♪ I get the impression that there are a lot of locals. 11 minutes by car from the outlet!

The noodles are on the thinner side among Sano ramen. Visited on April 15, 2023 around 13:00. I was able to enter and be seated without waiting. Parking is available in front and to the side of the store. I think it's full with about 8 cars in total. The inside of the restaurant is not very large, with 3 seats at the counter, 3 tables that can seat 6 people, and 2 tables for 4 people in the tatami room. I ordered ramen and gyoza. Delivery is a little slow, but expectations are high. The ramen soup is very clear, but has a strong flavor. Delicious❗ The noodles are thin and the waist is a little firm, making it very satisfying to eat. There may be more noodles than other Sano ramen shops. The soup and noodles match very well. The bowl 🍜 that feels like the Showa era is also good!! ️ Gyoza, this was the best. Despite its size, it is wrapped tightly so the meat juices overflow. And the sweetness of the gyoza filling is amazing! ️ The skin is chewy and the grilling is crispy. It was delicious🎵
