great SANO noodle！！

Like the origin of Sano ramen, the light yet flavorful soy sauce soup, the curly noodles made with green bamboo, and the flavorful roast pork fillet make for a truly well-balanced ramen. I also like the fact that they don't sell dumplings and only serve ramen. I also went to the new hot topic store, but I always come back to Houraiken. The recommendation is still pork noodles.

After walking around eating Sano Ramen, I finally settled on this restaurant. The original Showa flavor of Sano Ramen is here. The noodles have a strong chewiness, and you can feel just the right amount of dried sardines amidst the gentleness of the kelp and vegetables. It really feels like Sano Ramen from the Showa era, and I don't think it has changed since then.
