The surface of the soup is coated with beautiful chicken oil reminiscent of Kirinji, and the soup has a deep, rich flavor and is well balanced. The noodles are low-hydration straight noodles with beautiful noodle lines and are delicious. There were two types of char siu, chicken char siu and rare pork char siu, both of which were quite delicious. The yolk of the flavored egg was rich and the boiling was perfect. The roast pork bowl has a yolk in the middle that goes well with the rare pork siu, giving it a feel of Nagano's famous restaurant Hoshino.
