Oyama, Tochigi, Japan｜麺屋大和

I visited on Sunday afternoon. There were about 10 groups waiting. However, because the store is large, there wasn't much waiting time. The parking lot seems a little small, but since it's near the station, I think it's okay. I ate the tsukemen, and there are medium, large, and even mega servings, so I think it's quite filling. There are many types of ramen, and there is also a Jiro-style ramen that can be made with vegetables. The taste was delicious and I was satisfied. The inside of the store was clean and crowded. This is a store I would like to visit again 😁

My favorite ramen in Oyama! There were two seats available at 1pm on a weekday. At lunch time, there are times when there is a line outside, but the turnover is fast so you have to line up (lol) You can find your seat, order, and pay using the touch panel! Recommended is aged tsukemen! When the soup gets cold, you can order a grilled stone to reheat the soup! Chicken nanban and gyoza are also delicious!

Although the mazesoba tasted like junk, it had a unique and inspired flavor and was very delicious. As you can see on the menu, Mazesoba comes with black oolong tea and ochazuke rice for free. Still, the extra 950 yen is a very good cost performance. It seems like the property was occupied by a restaurant, so it doesn't have the atmosphere of a ramen restaurant, but I think it's good because it has a lot of capacity. I was wandering around Oyama where I couldn't get into my favorite ramen shop because there was a long line, and I found a nice one.
