First time having Jiro style ramen♪ I don't really understand: the hardness of the noodles, the fat, the intensity of the flavor. I tried to make everything normal. The chashu was soft and delicious😋 I also like that you can add as many onions as you like♪ I'm not good at food tickets, but I want to go again! Thank you very much for your polite farewell to the young male staff.

I've been going here regularly since it first opened, and it's always delicious. (I remember that it was renewed midway through and the taste changed) It's a creamy type of soup that you don't often find in authentic Ikei soups, but that's what I personally think is delicious. Large pieces of green onions are often mixed in, but that's a charm. I haven't seen the store manager lately, but I wonder if he's doing well. I'm glad that other stores are open and thriving. I'll go again.
