I stopped by for lunch on the weekend. The store is just off the main street and has a spacious parking lot in a calm location. The restaurant was so popular that it was fully booked. This time I ordered a large serving of tsukemen. Rich seafood soup with smooth and chewy thick noodles. It's rich, but the yuzu flavor helps you eat it without getting tired of it. Also, the thickly sliced ​​chashu was filling and delicious.

I wanted to eat some delicious salt ramen for the first time in a while, so I went there with my son. This time I was able to get in without lining up ☺️Maybe because it was election day? It's not a clear soup, but it's not too strong, and the chicken stock is irresistible 👍 The pork belly is melty, and the white onion and yuzu are fragrant and delicious ⤴️ The flavored egg topping is also delicious, so it should be added.

I was doing field work nearby and used it for lunch. Order the recommended bird salt on the sign in front of the entrance. The chicken salt that arrived in the bowl looks delicious from the clear soup, the ingredients arranged neatly, and the appearance. One bite of the soup spreads the bird 🐓 in your mouth. The noodles are curly noodles that look like Sano ramen, and are well-balanced and delicious. There are soy sauce, miso, dandan noodles, tsukemen, etc. I wanted to eat all of them, so I went to all of them except for regular holidays, and ate all the menu + 2 repeats (laughs) All of them were delicious, but my recommendation is simple and good with salt and soy sauce. Tsukemen is a muddy soup with a good taste and delicious. The only disappointing thing is that the tsukemen soup is a little lukewarm, and the last one is completely cold. I'm not local so I can't go often, but it would be great if the soup was piping hot when I went again 😊 I will go again!! ️
