The best ramen shop

Visited for lunch. Ordered green onion char siu noodles (changed from char siu to fatty tuna) 1120en. As expected from the large fatty tuna, the char siu is melty and has a perfect chewy texture. There's also plenty of meat juice. When I first drank the sub, I thought it was a little diluted. That's what I thought, but the sauce mixed with the green onions mixed with the soup, giving it just the right thickness. The noodles are thin, but the portions are large and filling. I like the green onions here because they are not too spicy. I would like to stop by again when I am at work.

No wonder there are many families with small children and women. The ramen is typical of northern Kanto. The otoro was also good. Overall, there was no odor and the balance was good.
