More Comments at Google MapThis shop is quietly located in an alley just off National Route 50. I visited the store during the day while running errands in Oyama. The owner of this shop is said to be from the famous shop ``Shibata'' in Sengawa, Tokyo. I entered the store without knowing that. When I entered the store, it was a little after noon, but there were 5 groups waiting. Purchase a ticket at the ticket machine and wait for your call in the waiting room-like space on the right. The inside of the store is bright and clean. I was quickly led to the counter and seated. Water is self-serve. Delivery was prompt. I ordered dried sardines soba, but if you listen to it, the visuals are certainly reminiscent of a rice field. A clear soup that is not a muddy dried sardine soup, homemade medium-thin noodles, and one different type of grilled pork. There is a scent of dried sardines. The green onions that come with the dish have a very original presence and flavor, even though they are from Shibata. I finished the meal in no time with the clear soup and smooth noodles. They also have soy sauce and salt, so I especially want to come back to try the soy sauce. It was delicious, thank you for the meal 🙏
I ordered salt soba with seasoned egg char siu. Rice comes free. Contains 2 types of flavorful guinea fowl and rare char siu. If you eat thick salted soup with thin noodles, you won't be able to stop chopsticks. Halfway through, add the yuzu citrus on the table for a nice spiciness and freshness of the yuzu. I would like to try other menus as well.
One day in May, it's pretty delicious It is a polite shop with only two types of soy sauce ramen and dried sardines ramen. There was no dried sardines in Aoyu soup in Oyama City, so I will continue to go there. 8th visit, star down the soup is still delicious However, it is a pity that it has become a normal store in two months from May. 1-Char siu is hard and has a beast smell 2- The sweetness of bamboo shoots remains and the balance is poor 3- Noodles are too soft these days 4-I don't accept requests for hard noodles I used to go once a week, but I will change it to once a month. One day in August The char siu became thin and did not feel firm. Today's ramen was delicious and the firmness of the noodles was just right. visit after a long time added saltiness Salty, soy sauce, boiled sardines changed from 870 yen to 900 yen 200 grams of dried sardines today limited Tsukemen It was very delicious Noodles are the best, medium-thin straight and chewy, perfect compatibility with soup Changed to 5 stars.
