Oyama, Tochigi, Japan｜中華そば 一楽

This is a Chinese soba restaurant located in Oyama City. It's a little hard to find, so you may need to look it up on a map. This time I ordered Shio Ichiraku. (Ichiraku refers to the full amount of each topping.) This is very delicious Chinese noodles. I was particularly impressed with the chashu. There was one piece of pork belly and one piece of pork loin on top, and the soft, melt-in-the-mouth pork belly and the firm, flavorful loin were both exquisite. I want to try soy sauce next time! The standard ramen is delicious, but in summer it's kelp water tsukemen! The chewy, thin noodles have a mysterious texture that becomes fluffy and soft when dipped in dipping sauce.

Visited for the first time while living in Oyama. It was Saturday night, but the counter and tables were full. As mentioned in other reviews, the staff was a man and a woman, and it was very pleasant. I personally liked the taste of the chicken broth. I will go again. Thank you for the meal.
