I had miso ramen, pork bone soy sauce ramen gyoza, and half rice. I could feel the charred miso and a little Japanese pepper (?) It's piping hot, but it goes well with the noodles. Since there is shibazuke (so happy!), I poured the shibazuke soup over the half-rice to cool it down. It may be for the pork bone soy sauce, but the miso was also delicious!
