Here we come, Mendo-ism. Along with Inaba, it may not be an exaggeration to say that this is my favorite restaurant at the moment. The shop is run by a person who trained at Mendo Inaba in Koga. Furukawa is a popular store where people line up during the daytime on weekdays and are given a buzzer (you can wait in the car). Perhaps Furukawa's customer base is mostly working people, and this is the impression that there are many students. I also went to the Kukidaka and Sattedaka stores, but I completely forgot about them... The soup, which is based on white chicken broth and bursts with sweetness and umami, is common, but the difference here is the hard shelled shellfish. This gives depth to the flavor. (Or rather, I noticed today that the clams are cooked so exquisitely...it's like low-temperature char siu.) Ramen, abura soba, kaedama, mixed noodles, and more. Today I had salted noodles and char siu rice bowl, but there's too much to write about. Anyway, next is soy sauce. I'm also curious about mixed noodles.
teacher? Is it this delicious? You chose level 3 spicy tsukemen with a very rich flavor! It's a bit spicy even for Koreans, but it's so delicious! Especially great with noodles!! Really the best~ - Travel writer. - Book: I came here to eat ramen - Instagram @ SOULSUNGI - YOUTUBE @ SOULSUNGI
