Tochigi, Japan｜青竹手打ち拉麺あさみ

This is orthodox Sano ramen. it's delicious. The noodles are uneven and when you eat them, it's fun to see the thicker pieces come out towards the bottom of the bowl. Both ramen and gyoza are light and easy to eat.

I came across this store by chance on Google. The store is spacious and has a clean feel. The staff are also courteous. Char siu noodles topped with seaweed, menma, egg, white onion, corn, and seaweed. It was very delicious. Recommended. There is a lunch menu. The parking lot in front of the store is a little narrow, but there seems to be a second parking lot.

A restaurant run by the daughter of Kyoei Ramen in Iwafune-cho, Tochigi City. The type of ramen is similar to Sano Ramen, but the noodles are chewier and have a more pleasant texture than Kyoei. The char siu bowl is delicious, so of course the char siu bowl is exquisite.
