Tochigi, Japan｜手打ラーメン 味一

Visited on Saturday afternoon. The seats were almost full. As it was handmade ramen, the noodles were curly and thin and delicious. The char siu noodles were so soft that they fell apart when you held them with chopsticks, and they were so delicious that they mixed with the noodles in your mouth. The soup was both rich and light, making you want to drink it all.

Visited the store for the first time in a while. It was hot, so I ordered hiyashi chuka and yuzu salt ramen. The yuzu is homemade and very delicious, and I also had the hiyashi chuka with soy sauce sauce. There is no doubt about it. The gyoza was also perfectly delicious.

Standard orthodox ramen. It's a gentle taste that makes you want to eat it sometimes.
