Sano, Tochigi, Japan｜Kazamaya

When I came to visit Sano Yakuyoke Daishi, I stopped by this shop because I had to wait 120 minutes for a famous Sano ramen. Result → Great answer. The dumplings were large and chewy, and the ramen was simple, but the pork was not greasy and was delicious with a stamp of approval. It is a shop run by a lovely elderly couple, so I will visit you again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for the meal.

The winter spicy miso ramen 🍜 is also delicious, and the dumplings are handmade from the skin. Gyoza is so popular that it sells out. The skin is chewy, the ingredients are tightly packed and juicy. The regular ramen is also delicious. When I went, I ordered bean sprout ramen or tanmen. It is served hot, so you can eat it deliciously until the end.
