I received a set of yakiniku bowl and half ramen 🍜🍥 for the daily lunch. 800 yen including tax❕It was a great deal and delicious. As for the ramen, the owner said he had adapted it from what he learned at Tsukiji, but I ended up eating the nostalgic shoyu ramen, including the soup😄 There are a lot of creative ramen these days, but there are very few restaurants where you can eat this kind of ramen. The store is old, but the food is quite delicious 👍️

I used to go once a week. Now I go once a month. I can't go during the day because it's crowded and I don't have time, so I visit around 18:00 at night. My dad's legs and back aren't very good, so he has to take some days off sometimes, so I call him during the day to make sure he's working at night before I go. Since it's a cafeteria, there are fried set meals and you can drink alcohol, but since it's basically Chinese food, I always order gyoza, fried rice, and soy sauce ramen because I think of them as teppan. Sometimes I eat a stir-fried vegetable set meal. Tanmen and miso ramen come with stir-fried vegetables, so be careful. The fried rice is similar to traditional fried rice, and is chewy rather than crumbly. The amount of salt is a little high, but it's just the right amount for me, and although it's a little pricey, it's seriously delicious. The ramen has a nostalgic taste similar to the old Chinese soba, which I like. The gyoza are handmade and contain a lot of garlic from Aomori, so different people have different tastes, but since they are vegetable gyoza with almost no meat in them, they are easy to eat and cheap. Basically, it has a strong flavor, so it can be said to be a seasoning suitable for manual workers. If you like it, please go and check it out, you may not be able to eat it again before long.
