Oyama, Tochigi, Japan｜ラーメンてらこや

I've had a great ramen for summer. Ramen with a twist of ginger to spice up the heat and a mouth watering Roasted pork fillet. Thumbs up for the ramen house.

We have soy sauce 🍜, salt 🍜, and miso 🍜! The amount of ginger is incredible! This time, miso ginger green onion chashu men 🍜 So, next time I would like to try salt 🍜!

I ate soy sauce ramen, but it was delicious with old-fashioned soy sauce ramen that was not dressed up. I asked for ginger ramen, but it may be too spicy for those who don't like spicy because it contains a lot of shredded raw ginger. I gave ginger to the person who came with me, and he said it was just right. I'm glad that Ohiya is barley tea instead of water.
