I don't often use the shops along the bypass, but the reviews seemed to be good. This is my first visit. The ramen was delicious overall, but I thought it would have been nice to have egg rice without the back fat.

Backfat soy sauce char siu noodles were very delicious. The soup is full of umami and the back fat goes well with the noodles. Rice with backfat egg is also a dish that can be eaten without adding soy sauce or chashu as a side dish, depending on your preference.

Since the butcher is the parent company, the char siu is delicious! The ramen comes out piping hot and has a large amount of noodles, making it a satisfying meal! I was hooked and hooked.
