More Comments at Google MapTheir gyouza are huge and very tasty. Shouyu ramen is the thing to get here. I like this place a lot. It will often be crowded around lunch and dinnertime.
I visited on a Saturday around 12 noon. I waited for about 15 minutes, but I didn't feel like I had to wait that long since I was choosing the menu. On that day, I ordered collaboration ramen and risotto with Takesue Shokudo as they were available in limited quantities. Before melting the scallop paste, it had a mild taste, but when you melt the scallop paste, the ramen becomes creamy like potage! The spiciness of the chopped onions was a nice accent and it was very delicious. I also ordered some gyoza as a LINE membership benefit, and it was full of vegetables and was about twice as big as regular gyoza! From hearty dishes for men such as tsukemen and mazesoba to dishes for women such as refreshing salt ramen and almond tofu, I think people of all ages can enjoy them.
This is a ramen shop near Jichi Medical University. Their specialty is soy sauce ramen made with a dried sardine base. I think the soup goes well with udon and soba. In addition, chicken white soup ramen is recommended because it is easy to eat with garlic chips and ginger chicken meatballs floating in a smooth soup. There are plenty of seasonal menus such as soupless dandan noodles, and you can eat a lot of vegetables, so it's healthy. The dumplings are also "big / lots of ingredients / chewy" and have no complaints. Order from your seat tablet. There are about 15 counter seats that are divided one by one and about 5 table seats for 4 people, and the turnover rate is also good.
