Visited for the first time on Sunday afternoon after finishing some errands nearby. I think it was around 2:20 pm when I arrived, and I was surprised to find out later that it was open until 2:30 pm. At that point, there were about 10 people in 4 groups waiting ahead of us, but the turnaround was quick. The menu is simple, with only ramen and gyoza. Fill your order first and wait for a seat to become available. This time I ordered ramen and 3 gyoza. I took a seat at an empty seat and the gyoza arrived soon. It's as big as I heard. The skin is chewy and the seeds are juicy and delicious. Before I could finish eating one gyoza, I finished my bowl of ramen. Menma makes a statement and attracts attention. Take a quick sip of the soup. Wow, delicious😋 Although it has a simple and gentle taste, it is very powerful. A bite of chashu. Damn, it’s delicious 😋 It crumbles and melts, and because it is carefully processed, there is no odor at all. Take a bite of the noodles hidden underneath. Ah, so delicious 😋 The chewy, hand-made curly noodles mix well with the soup and spread to fill your mouth. And I copied the gyoza again. Gulp the soup. Grind the noodles. No, it's delicious. It's worth visiting during the rare timing of 3 hours of business hours. I don't know when it will be available, but I'll try the char siu noodles next time I visit.
