Hand-made from green bamboo, the noodles are slightly chewy. The soup is delicious and my favorite hand-made noodles. Today I ordered the popular ginger ramen. The light soup goes well with the noodles. The gyoza contains plenty of chives and is quite delicious. It's so popular that you'll have to write your name on the reception desk outside before it even opens. Also, the store owner and other store employees are very pleasant and likable. I can eat Sano ramen in Utsunomiya, so I go there regularly! I like ginger and char siu. If you want to eat dumplings or rice, you can ask for a small amount of Light-kun. Thank you very much for the store manager, but I love you wholeheartedly.
