G-type store. This is a system where you buy a meal ticket after entering the store. 12 counter seats, 12 waiting seats. Rod system for every 6 people. I will sit at the counter when called out. There has been a lot of talk about poor customer service, but as long as you follow the rules and morals, they will serve you normally. This is a review! This is my favorite G-kei store. Especially the noodles are delicious! The soup is sweet and a little thick, the noodles are thick and chewy, and the pork is often chewy and firm. The oil film is amazing, but it's not as bad as it looks (ramen) The miso is rich, excellent, and delicious! I think it's worth trying because it's not an extension of miso soup. The Mazesoba has a junky feel that you often see in G-style restaurants, and it tastes delicious without being disguised with chemical seasonings. On Saturdays, we change our name to Kaminari and serve mazesoba and abura soba. Occasionally, we also offer menus that are not typical of G-kei.

Mazesoba and miso ramen are recommended. Small mazesoba is recommended for first-timers. It is especially crowded on weekend nights, so it is recommended to check in advance because there is a parking lot behind the store / adjacent area (left side of the store).

This was my first Jiro series, and I could see why it was so popular. It was quite a delicious ramen, with a thick but not overpowering soup, a large amount of bean sprouts, super thick slices of delicious chashu, and thick, firm noodles that went well with the soup. I added quail, garlic and oil to the regular soy sauce ramen, but it was a bit too much for my over 50 body. I'm glad I didn't add more vegetables. We sell black oolong tea in the store, but we recommend purchasing it. There are 12 seats at the counter and 12 round chairs for waiting in line, and every 6 people will be guided to the counter. If you have to wait longer than that, please wait in line outside. When you enter the store, you first purchase a meal ticket, and as you wait in a round chair, your order will be confirmed. The Jiro style is that you go to the counter and are asked what additional toppings you would like just before being served.
