It was soy sauce tonkotsu ramen with plenty of pork belly. It's a flavor you don't get much of in Tochigi, and it's very delicious. The fried rice is delicious, but it would be even better if it was a little more crunchy. The only seats were at the counter and I didn't know where to park. Also, the menu seems to be different for lunch and dinner, but since I don't have that many options for lunch and dinner, I want to eat the same menu both times. Next time, I would like to try the ramen that I don't know much about just because of the name Tokuno. postscript I tried Tokuno (soy sauce). It is a rich and mushy soup that is almost the best in the world. I feel like Tenka Ippin has a little more soy sauce. This is also very delicious. This time I also added a half-replacement ball (100 yen). This is also good. This is a rare restaurant where you can enjoy both back oil ramen and Tenkaichippin ramen. P.S.2 I saw Kanshichi on the lunch menu, so I tried it. According to the store, it is a back oil chacha type + abura soba. It had less soup, back oil and thick noodles that were almost flat. it's delicious. The back oil here is of good quality and won't make your stomach loose. Recommended for older people too. It can be used as a substitute for thin noodles. P.S.3 I had the back oil miso ramen, which is only available in winter. It's a consistent taste, but I'm a soy sauce fan.
The back fat soy sauce ramen was rich and delicious. This time I would like to take on a more serious challenge. The owner is also very friendly and I highly recommend him.
