Although the name is "Tonkotsu", there is no smell, and when I ordered it, I was asked if I would add ginger, but it was the correct answer. This dish may be unsatisfactory for those who like the unique smell of tonkotsu, but it is recommended for those who want to taste pork bone soup like no other.
