A technique inherited from Kurume Cannon Ramen, in which pork bone soup is added and cooked in a Hagama pot called ``Imokado''. I didn't want the soup to get too hot, so I ordered the tonkotsu ramen with minimal toppings. It may have been arranged to make it easier to eat, but it might be the best tonkotsu ramen I've had in the prefecture. There were some reviews saying that the inside of the store was smelly...but considering it's a tonkotsu ramen shop, it wasn't that bad. Rather, it was a clean store.
